Darling Details
Still no model shots but we are 2 steps from having a completed FO - just switching the direction of the buttons and a quick press!
I thought it was time to show off some of the embroidery added to Darling.

The lovely wooden bead-buttons
A closeup of the back of Uniscarf.
I have completed 72 repeats of the pattern but it still seems short. So the endlessly dull, repetitive knitting continues into the night. Again.
And here is a fun little thing I found. This is a pic of my blog's code in a pictograph (or some such)
I could not work out the html codes so here is a pic of the pic!

your embroidery is so pretty, and the pictograph thing,
Nice embroidery! ;)
Pretty sweater!!! Nice work on that embroidery (I know how difficult it can be to make it look even)
Your embroidery is so absolutely pretty, it looks fantastic! And that pictograph thing is highly interesting indeed, thanks for sharing!
holy moly girl, you did some nice embroidery work. It's so beautiful!
Ohhh goodness.... the embroidery on "Darling" is most precious. Have you shown a picture of the finished sweater yet?? I'm dying to see it and know where the pattern is from.... it must be added to my list of the next one million things I want to knit! :)
Thanks everyone - I'm blushing!
Laura - I am waiting impatiently for a photo of the finished sweater ON the girl...maybe this weekend, there is an event she just may be dressed up for.
I bought the pattern through The Garter Belt. There is a link to the designers blog: Yarn Slayer on my left sidebar. Her work is so lovely. Darling was quite an easy knit - easy to adapt too as it is a top down raglan.
