No. I am not running - but I do hope to walk/cycle my way to as close to 100 miles as I can get.
I just started back to the gym and am feeling ready to commit myself to being more active.

(For any of you noticing this post is made at 4 AM - yep. 10th day in a row I have woken up at 3. Ahhhh. The glory of insomnia. And I get to go back to work in less than 4 hrs. Yay for me!)

Yay for more exercise - you're very inspiring! I've been doing so poorly lately, only practising Yoga when my back was killing me - it just *has* to be done more regularly, and mind you, I will do my best!
