Update!
Whoo things have been busy around here lately. I haven't really done any knitting to speak of.
BUT I finally adjusted the sleeve on the baby sweater and that is a good thing because...BABY is on its way!!
My cousin is in labour - finally.
Of course today is my other cousins bridal shower - I had the flu yesterday (god bless it, it was a 12 hr thing - and no it is not food poisoning - this flu has been burning its way through our childcare programs and it hit me yesterday, at work of course) so I am not going. I wouldn't want to risk the bride, or anyone else getting ill.
My mother is also not going in case she is about to get the flu - since we live together.
Then Andrea's (in labour) parents are of course staying here while she has her first baby, and neither of her two brothers can go to the shower either!
This was going to be the shower whereat we met the grooms entire family and his family met our family. And yeah...my Aunty Elaine and her son Robert are the only ones of 15 of us that will be there.
Pity that - but it is hard to feel upset over it when the new baby is finally going to get here!!
I will bring baby news as soon as I have it.
I added a little pic of the welcome baby gift that I can't wait til a baby shower to give.

That baby sweater is so cute! I just found out that I'm going to be an aunt, so I'm becoming addicted to all things baby-related.
